As part of the activities for 2gPadauto, we were asked to design an event format and related communication for the annual Convention. The aim was to facilitate the sharing of data, results, and objectives. The study was developed on two parallel planes: the 'informative' strategic aspect, ensuring the event image was coordinated with the Autodis brand, and the 'attentional' aspect to guarantee maximum participation and attention from attendees.

This resulted in the creation of icons depicting the top managers, a direct and engaging story recording for all topics addressed, and a joyful evening in personalized spaces tailored to every detail for the event,…
