Forum Young System (FYS) is an initiative that promotes dialogue and networking between young generations and senior experts. Created by Pleiadi International to promote inclusion and mutual listening, FYS aims to create opportunities for work, collaboration, and growth for both young people and industry experts. Through dynamic and engaging meetings, FYS provides a space where different generations can discuss crucial topics such as work, innovation, and research. With the presence of valuable mentors and interactive facilitation, participants leave FYS events enriched and motivated, ready to implement the ideas and connections they have gained.
